Day 3: Spark spark spark

Well hello and welcome to day 3 of my epic journey to ultimate wellness!

Update on the tree barky fiber drink: grape juice was a success. You have no idea how glad I was to discover that the sawdust like fiber mix tasted so much better with cranberry grape juice. Hallelujah!

So, I made a discovery over these past couple of days--having your body cleansed of all unwanted things gives a person a headache. Well, that and my lack of coffee. Which brings me to another discovery! Spark. This stuff is where its at.  It tastes great (both the mandarin orange and the fruit punch) and, while no, it could never compare to my faithful friend coffee, it definitely super charges my brain and takes away that "I want to punch puppies" kind of mood. So, yay for Spark! Spark and I are going to be friends for these next 20 or so days; it is my substitute coffee. And I'm sure that even when coffee and I have been happily reunited, I will still turn to my trusty Spark on several occasions.

Moral of the story today, guys: Spark is muy importante to those with a caffeine addiction.

Day 1: "OMG, Kendall..."

Hello, friends! Welcome to the next 24 days of  my life.

I don't know if you are familiar with AdvoCare or not, but you can click here to find out what its all about!

Basically though, at the end of my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge, I am supposed to look and feel better than I have ever. So, we shall see.

Today my day began with a fiber drink, lots of water, fruit for breakfast, and two OmegaPlex gel tabs. Now, needless to say I was not at all looking forward to this fiber drink.  It does not sound like a pleasant thing.  In reference to this post's title, I feel I should mention that Kendall is the friend that got me into all of this; she is also in the midst of her very own 24 day challenge and has loved it so much to become a distributor for AdvoCare (so shout out to Kendall Moss who I texted this morning freaking out about this).  Anyway, turns out, I could not have been more right about this fiber drink; this drink, once mixed, is the consistency of applesauce and tastes like liquified tree bark. Yes. It looks like sawdust and water in a glass. Anyway! After my sawdusty/applesauce/tree bark experience, I had a cantaloupe, raspberry and strawberry breakfast followed by my 2 gel tabs.  And thus begins my 24 day challenge.

Tomorrow, I am definitely trying this with grape juice instead of water.
I don't know if I can handle that again. :/

I can't promise a post every day, but I plan to keep this fairly updated as I journey through these next few challenging weeks!  Thanks for reading!
